Us
We know you have an extremely busy schedule between work and social responsibilities so your home or boat needs to be your sanctuary. Our role is to create a soothing atmosphere for you, your family and your guests. To do this we check on your home weekly when you’re not there, run your errands, deal with your deliveries, manage storm damage and repairs, arrange cleaning and run things efficiently at all times. Attention to detail is the key to our success.
Lavinia has had a 20 year career in the hospitality industry working for some of the most well known brands in the world, including American Express Travel, Kimpton Hotels and Ian Schrager in Chicago, NY, Madrid, London and Paris.
David grew up in a boating family with a second home in Saugatuck. He went on to start 3 breweries: 2 in Spain and 1 in the USA. He has managed multiple construction projects, owned and managed many boats, both sail and powerboats, and led teams to achieve goals.
Together they’ve returned to Saugatuck to raise their family and have decided to pursue their passion for great food, local hospitality and boating
